Commodity bears remain out in full force

There is volatility seen in the commodity prices. Firm greenback, China's economic slowdown and over supply in many markets have continued to pressurize on the prices of commodities in recent months, where major commodity prices are now down by double digits in 2015.

"Unfortunately, further downside is likely in store in the very near term. With the Federal Reserve likely to lift rates off their lower bound in December, the greenback is expected to continue its upward trend into early-2016", says Danske bank in a research note.

The supply glut in the markets and the Chinese data is also supporting to weigh on the industrial commodity prices towards downward trajectory. There are doubts that towards the year end, there is end to this doldrums as well, given the prices turn the corner by Q2 2016.
