NEW YORK, April 19, 2018 -- Consolidated Edison, Inc. (Con Edison) (NYSE:ED) declared a quarterly dividend of 71.5 cents a share on its common stock, payable June 15, 2018 to stockholders of record as of May 16, 2018.
