Concentrix will keep current CFO Andre Valentine through May 31, 2027, after Chinnu Varghese takes over on Dec. 1, 2026, giving the executives an overlap during the handover.
Concentrix announced the appointment Tuesday, saying Valentine would stay on to help manage the transition.
Jackson leaves AutoZone on Nov. 25 and starts at FedEx on Nov. 30. Controller J. Scott Murphy will assume AutoZone’s principal financial and accounting officer roles during its search for a successor.
