Ltd., LG Electronics, Nintendo Co. Ltd., Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., and ZTE Corporation. The Federal Circuit vacated the claims construction that was issued in September 2016 by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and has remanded the matter to the District Court for further proceedings.
