Corcept expects the FDA to decide on relacorilant by Dec. 17, 2026, with the drug’s availability tied to a $3 billion to $5 billion 2030 revenue range for its Cushing’s syndrome business.

The company also projected that its existing Cushing’s syndrome business could bring in at least $2 billion per year by the end of the decade. That figure describes the current business, while the higher range includes relacorilant.

The drug’s PDUFA date is Dec. 17, 2026.

Atabak Mokari, Corcept’s chief financial officer and treasurer, reported $340.5 million in revenue for third-quarter 2026. He reaffirmed the company’s 2026 revenue guidance at $1.1 billion to $1.2 billion.
