CoreWeave shares recovered from a $57.23 intraday low to close at $62.13 Tuesday, a 1.65% daily gain after touching their lowest price since May 2025.
Historical price data put the low about 6.4% below Monday’s $61.12 close. The Nasdaq-100 Index also fell during Tuesday’s session but finished Oct. 20 down 0.13%, Nasdaq data showed. Its intraday low represented a decline of about 1.1%.
CoreWeave provides cloud computing capacity for artificial intelligence workloads. In a filing with the SEC, the company reported $35.6 billion in total indebtedness as of June 30, 2026. It warned that debt payments could reduce cash available for operations and limit its ability to raise additional capital.
In an earlier week, CoreWeave shares fell 25% while the cost of protection against default rose. Credit-default swaps tied to the company exceeded 1,000 basis points during that period. The share decline and swap reading are separate measures of pressure on the company.
