CoinGecko and exchange spot data put Curve DAO Token (CRV) at $0.2846 as of 9:06 a.m. ET (13:06 UTC) Friday, after a 13.14% 24-hour drop that outpaced Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) and Solana (SOL).
Over the same 24 hours, Bitcoin fell 3.49%, Ether declined 4.03% and Solana lost 3.87%. The same spot snapshot showed them at $77,266, $2,229.73 and $96.67, respectively. CRV traded between $0.2668 and $0.3364 on Oct. 30.
CRV has roles in Curve DAO governance and liquidity-provider rewards. Holders can lock the token to obtain vote-escrowed CRV (veCRV), which carries voting power in the DAO. Gauge votes help direct CRV emissions. Curve runs a decentralized exchange where automated market making supports trading in stablecoins and other pegged assets.
A reading taken Sunday, Oct. 25, at 6:50 a.m. ET (10:50 UTC) showed CRV at $0.3418, down 3.02% over the prior 24 hours. A later EconoTimes market update put it at $0.3244 after a 3.34% 24-hour decline.
