CoinGecko and exchange spot data showed Curve DAO Token (CRV) down 3.34% to $0.3244 at 8:25 a.m. ET (12:25 UTC) Thursday, a steeper decline than Bitcoin and Ether.

Bitcoin (BTC) was down 1.07%, Ether (ETH) fell 0.96% and Solana (SOL) declined 1.61% over the same 24-hour period. Earlier Thursday, Binance spot data put CRV at $0.33 after a 3.06% decline.

CRV is used for Curve DAO governance and liquidity-provider rewards. Holders can lock CRV to receive vote-escrowed CRV (veCRV), which carries voting power; gauge votes allocate CRV emissions. Curve’s exchange relies on automated market making to facilitate trades in stablecoins and similar assets.

The latest move follows a 3.02% decline to $0.3418 in an earlier Oct. 25 market update, when CRV also fell more than Bitcoin and Ether over 24 hours.
