The DIFC Courts released a white paper examining how decisions involving tokenized assets may be carried out; their existing credential service enables cross-border checks of court orders and hearing records while the documents remain private.

Polygon Labs participated in peer review of the paper. The process also drew on input from Deca4HQ.

The courts' remit covers commercial and financial disputes involving individuals or companies within the Dubai International Financial Centre.
