Dubai Investments is seeking up to Dh2 billion from a 20% sale of DIP Holding, owner of the Dubai Investments Park operator, in an IPO valued at up to Dh10 billion, Gulf News reported.

Gulf News said the price range runs from Dh1.10 to Dh1.15 a share, putting DIP Holding’s estimated value between Dh9.5 billion and Dh10 billion. The transaction would transfer about 1.74 billion shares already held by Dubai Investments; the parent is projected to collect Dh1.9 billion to Dh2 billion from the sale.

The report said proceeds would go to Dubai Investments, and the parent would still own 80% of DIP Holding if the offering size remains as planned. Gulf News said Dubai Investments may revise the offer size or its allocation among investor groups before subscriptions close, provided it complies with applicable law and obtains Capital Market Authority approval.

The public tranche accounts for 5% of the offer, or 86,762,165 shares, according to Gulf News. Its Dh5,000 minimum applies to individuals and applicants with a valid Dubai Financial Market (DFM) investor number. The outlet said the limited allocation could leave some requests unmet.

Gulf News also reported separate entry levels: eligible Dubai Investments employees can bid from Dh1,000, qualifying shareholders from Dh5,000, and professional or institutional investors from Dh1 million. Public applicants can use the DFM IPO platform, mobile app or iVESTOR application, the outlet said.

DIP Holding owns the company operating Dubai Investments Park, an estate covering 23 million square meters. Gulf News described the transaction as the UAE’s first IPO of 2026. EconoTimes previously covered the Dh5,000 application minimum and opening date.

Subscriptions opened Oct. 27 and are due to close Nov. 3, according to Gulf News. The final offer price is expected to be announced Nov. 4 after a bookbuilding process to gauge demand, followed by a market debut around Nov. 11 if regulatory approvals and market conditions allow, Gulf News reported.
