Dubai Investments PJSC will receive net proceeds from an offering valued at about Dh1.9 billion after pricing a 20% sale of subsidiary DIP Holding Plc at Dh1.12 a share, in the UAE’s first IPO of 2026.
The offering comprises 1,735,243,300 existing shares and implies a value of about Dh9.7 billion for DIP Holding. Dubai Investments is expected to retain an 80% stake. Because the parent is selling its own shares, DIP Holding will receive no proceeds. DIP Holding said investor orders exceeded the shares offered severalfold.
The final price falls within the Dh1.10-to-Dh1.15 range announced earlier. Dubai Investments said the sale is intended to give it greater financial flexibility across its portfolio and for potential investments.
DIP Holding expects annualized dividends of Dh700 million for 2026 and Dh725 million for 2027, with payments twice a year. The first post-IPO payment, Dh350 million planned for April 2027, would cover the full second half of 2026. It remains conditional on a board recommendation, shareholder approval and sufficient distributable reserves.
DIP Holding’s timetable calls for individual subscribers and eligible Dubai Investments employees and shareholders to receive allocation notices by SMS on Tuesday, Nov. 10. Refunds of surplus subscription funds are expected to begin that day.
Trading on the Dubai Financial Market is expected to start Wednesday, Nov. 11, under the ticker DIP, subject to market conditions and regulatory approvals.
