MCLEAN, Va., April 11, 2018 -- Digital Intelligence Systems, LLC continues its commitment to excellence and process-driven results by achieving its ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certifications for its Porto Alegre, Brazil delivery center.
Earlier this year, DISYS announced dual ISO achievements for its McLean, Va and its Dallas delivery centers. The organization's Chennai delivery center also holds both certifications and was the first to do so.
“Since achieving our certifications in India, McLean and Dallas, we have worked diligently to mimic the success in our other delivery centers across the globe,” said DISYS Vice President of Global Services, Ahmar Abbas. “These efforts and achievements represent our gold standard commitment to proven processes that achieve maximum results.”
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is an independent, non-governmental body bringing together experts to share knowledge and develop voluntary, consensus-based, market-relevant standards to support innovation and solutions to global business challenges.
“Within all of our delivery centers, we have employed proven, effective processes, helping DISYS achieve maximum efficiency internally,” Abbas said. “When clients see our centers are certified, it instills a level of trust with regards to our processes -- and this extra security is critical to our continued success.”
By obtaining ISO 9001 certification, DISYS is confirming to its stakeholders and clients it understands the international importance of established frameworks and data-driven decision-making, while meeting and exceeding exceptional standards of quality.
Also, its ISO 27001 certification indicates DISYS has met the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving information security systems -- with a special emphasis on the assessment and treatment of information security risks.
“Many DISYS teams have worked tirelessly to meet and exceed the necessary requirements for these certifications,” said Maruf Ahmed, DISYS COO. “The amazing efforts of those involved further showcase that our internal practices and our external client solutions will continue to be a DISYS differentiator, leading to continued quality and growth.”
