Dassault Systèmes raised its 2026 revenue-growth objective after third-quarter revenue rose 6% as reported, lifting its full-year target to 4%–5% at constant exchange rates from 3%–5% previously.
The French software company set a non-IFRS revenue range of €6.399 billion to €6.459 billion. At current exchange rates, the range implies growth of 3%–4%, compared with the previous forecast of 1%–3%. In July, the company had set a full-year revenue range of €6.296 billion to €6.416 billion.
Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was €1.5519 billion, compared with €1.4601 billion a year earlier. Growth was 5% at constant exchange rates and 6% as reported. The company described its third-quarter figures as unaudited estimates.
Recurring revenue accounted for 84% of software revenue. Annual recurring revenue increased 6% year over year to €4.50 billion at constant exchange rates. Revenue from 3DEXPERIENCE software grew 25% at constant exchange rates, while cloud software revenue rose 14% on the same basis.
Dassault Systèmes completed its acquisition of ArisGlobal in the second half of September and said the deal had no material effect on third-quarter revenue. For the fourth quarter, it expects revenue growth of 5%–8% at constant exchange rates, with ArisGlobal contributing two percentage points. Chief Financial Officer Rouven Bergmann said the company was confident in its full-year objectives, citing improved visibility.
The July acquisition announcement set terms of about $1.8 billion in cash at closing, plus up to $200 million tied to multi-year AI-related revenue milestones. Dassault Systèmes said it expected the deal to increase revenue growth and earnings per share in its first year. The company reported using €1.5 billion in operating cash flow for the acquisition, net of cash acquired, during the first nine months of 2026.
The company also raised its full-year non-IFRS operating-margin target to 32.5%–32.7% and its diluted earnings-per-share growth objective to 6%–7% at constant exchange rates. Its Capital Markets Day is scheduled for Nov. 17, followed by its fourth-quarter earnings release on Feb. 3, 2027.
