DeepSeek Harness runs a Super-agent continuously on internal development work, using a two-layer design to support coordination across multiple tasks and teams as the project advances.
The internal instance helps reproduce software problems and work on fixes. It also supports responses to code review feedback and contributes to further development of DeepSeek Harness.
The architecture organizes operations in two layers. Events can trigger work, and components communicate asynchronously through multiple channels. Storage is separate from computing, and the setup includes an external Watchdog. The system also tracks sessions and keeps their context aligned, allowing people to focus on broader decisions and check the results.
Many agent systems treat each session as a separate unit, which can make coordination across tasks and teams harder to sustain at scale. The scope of an individual task depends on the model’s capabilities. Human oversight has its own limit: a person’s attention can cover only a finite number of tasks.
