NEW YORK, Dec. 08, 2016 -- The Nasdaq Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Limited. Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Limited’s stock was suspended on October 19, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Erickson Incorporated. Erickson Incorporated’s stock was suspended on November 21, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq also announced that it will delist the common stock of Great Basin Scientific, Inc. Great Basin Scientific, Inc.’s stock was suspended on October 11, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Finally, Nasdaq announced that it will delist the common stock of 6D Global Technologies, Inc. 6D Global Technologies, Inc.’s stock was suspended on March 29, 2016 and has not traded on Nasdaq since that time.
Nasdaq will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
