The arrival of sunrise could definitely be a serious threat for Muzan in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 199. On top of being drastically weakened due to Tamayo’s drug, the demon has not absorbed the Nezuko’s day walking abilities.
Some fans predict that the fight between Muzan and the Pillars will reach its climax in “Demon Slayer” chapter 199. Indeed, things don’t look too good for Muzan at this moment. Thanks to Tamayo’s meddling, Muzan is probably at his weakest.
In fact, he is so weak that he couldn’t kill Tanjiro, whom he considers to be very inferior to the first breath user Yoriichi. With the arrival of the sun, he will have one more worry to add to his list and it is highly likely that he won’t be able to fully concentrate in his fight against the Pillars anymore.
It may be possible for Tanjiro and the Pillars to finally defeat the demon in “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 199. After all, Muzan’ movement is a lot slower than before due to his rapid aging by around 9,000 years. He also can no longer regenerate as he used to and his body is starting to be destroyed on a cellular level by Tamayo’s medicine.
However, Muzan’s demise might not be a good thing for fans of the hit manga series. “Muzan Kibutsuji is the main antagonist of the series, and him being killed means that ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ will also come to an end,” wrote GamenGuides. The site added that while no confirmation has been made yet, rumors that the manga is ending have already been circulating online.
However, there it is also possible that Muzan might not meet his demise in “Demon Slayer” chapter 199. One possibility is that he could borrow some time by transferring the location of his battle with the Pillars.
There are plenty of empty buildings in the area. He could go to one of those buildings and continue the fight there. By choosing to fight indoor, he could solve his weakness against the sunlight and fight a little longer.
‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba’ chapter 199 will be officially released on March 22, 2020. Stay tuned for more updates.
