The wait for the “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 204 will be a bit longer this time. The manga is currently on a one-week hiatus and won’t be back until next week.
However, the long wait is made more bearable with the availability of various “Demon Slayer” chapter 204 speculations doing their rounds on the net. Fans have been speculating what might happen next now that manga series’ main villain is finally dead and gone.
In the previous “Kimetsu no Yaiba” manga chapter, which can be read online on Mangaplus, Muzan did his best to convince Tanjiro to surrender his body to him. Had he succeeded, he would have turned Tanjiro into a demon, a successor that is more powerful than him.
Thus, Muzan lied to Tanjiro about Nezuko being dead and tried to make him feel guilty for injuring his friends so he won’t desire to go back anymore. However, Tanjiro just wouldn’t give up and the bonds he forged with his friends and Nezuko were far stronger than all of Muzan’s arguments. In the end, Tanjiro woke up as a human.
With Muzan finally dealt with, the Demon Slayer Corps members can finally take it easy for a while. Sadly, it was a costly battle for them as they lost some of the hashiras in the process. “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 204 is expected to reveal who sacrificed their lives and paved the way for the demon’s defeat.
Nezuko and Tanjiro can finally have their reunion as humans once more in “Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 204. After mourning for the comrades they’ve lost, the remaining demon slayers can finally have a well-deserved celebration.
But fans are now worried about the manga series’ future. With no more Muzan to battle, it appears that the story might be coming to a close. Indeed, some sources speculate that the upcoming “Demon Slayer” chapter 204 might be the climax and that the series might already be ending.
At the moment, there is no official announcement that “Kimetsu no Yaiba” manga will end. However, some sources expressed optimism that the series won’t be folding up for good.
Its writers and creator have painstakingly built up the popularity of the series with every manga chapter they release. Thus, they're not likely just let all of their efforts go to waste by ending the series permanently. A “Demon Slayer” manga sequel is bound to happen sometime in the near future.
“Kimetsu no Yaiba” chapter 204 will arrive on May 11, 2020, on Mangaplus. Stay tuned for more updates.
