ATM maker Diebold Nixdorf lowered the top of its fiscal 2026 revenue range by $40 million while keeping the floor unchanged, with the revised outlook now presented on a non-GAAP basis.
The company’s Oct. 28 release set the range at $3.86 billion to $3.90 billion. It excludes about $10 million in non-core Turkey revenue year to date. Diebold Nixdorf’s July 29 guidance listed a GAAP range of $3.86 billion to $3.94 billion. Comparing the stated limits, the upper end is $40 million lower and the lower end is unchanged.
The company said its broader outlook update reflected a change in revenue mix and raw-material cost pressures. In its discussion of adjusted EBITDA expectations, Diebold Nixdorf specifically cited product mix and those costs. The prior and current revenue ranges use different accounting bases, a distinction relevant to comparing their stated limits.
