MILWAUKEE, Dec. 09, 2016 -- Douglas Dynamics, Inc. (NYSE:PLOW), North America’s premier manufacturer of vehicle attachments and equipment, today announced that pursuant to the Company's dividend policy its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.2350 per share of the Company's common stock.
The declared $0.2350 per share cash dividend will be paid on December 30, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 20, 2016.
