“Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 2 is expected to be longer than the first episode when it airs this month. It is only a special promotional anime for the game but the second part will be more interesting as it will feature Vegito Blue Kaioken vs. the Evil Saiyan Cumber and Golden Cooler vs. Trunks and Company.
On the website of "DBH," it is confirmed that the release date for the second installment is July 16. The promo episode is going to be exclusively screened first at the Jump Victory Carnival 2018 in Japan, then it will be available to all the fans via the internet.
Once “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 2 comes out, there is no news if a follow-up will be on the way or if it will stop with just the two episodes. Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier, this is just a promo special so it is highly likely that the next episode will also be the last part.
Fans who were able to view the first episode can already guess what is going to happen next. For a short recap, it ended with Cooler and Future Trunks’ confrontation in prison. Now, they need the special Dragon Balls in order to get out of the Prison Planet and be saved.
As per Otakukart, episode 2 of “DBH” will show Cooler transforming into the Golden form, just like Frieza, as he tries to escape. Reaching this Golden state suggests that Cooler will play a big role in the “Universe Mission 2” gameplay, which is what this short story is promoting.
In any case, the second part of “Dragon Ball Heroes” will start with Trunks disappearing while training with Vegeta and Goku. A mysterious man called Fu suddenly shows up and informs the Saiyans that Trunks was actually kidnapped and locked up on Prison Planet.
Hearing this, Goku and Vegeta immediately set out on a rescue mission by teleporting to the unknown location. However, they themselves were trapped on the planet and before they could find and rescue Trunks, they must find the Dragon Balls and win many battles that await them. With all the hurdles they have to face, will they be able to free the boy in “Dragon Ball Heroes” episode 2?
