EAAA India Alternatives Limited was scheduled to list on India's BSE Monday with an issue price of ₹1,665 a share, while NSE data showed bids equal to 5.25 times the shares offered or reserved.
A BSE notice dated Oct. 30 set Nov. 2 as the listing date and assigned the shares scrip code 545008 and symbol EDELALTS.
The Economic Times reported an unofficial grey-market premium of ₹54 per share at 10:47 p.m. EST Sunday, Nov. 1 (9:17 a.m. IST Monday). That indication implied ₹1,719 per share, or 3.2% above the issue price; it is not an exchange trading price.
NSE's final issue display showed bids for 27,819,540 shares against 5,299,684 offered or reserved. Demand reached 13.13 times in the qualified institutional buyer category, 4.58 times among non-institutional investors and 1.03 times among retail investors. The Economic Times separately reported overall subscription of 5.51 times.
The ₹12 billion IPO, covered in EconoTimes' earlier report on the offer, was an offer for sale by Edelweiss Securities and Investments Private Limited. Net proceeds go to the selling shareholder after offer expenses, leaving EAAA without fresh equity capital.
EAAA focuses on Real Assets and Private Credit. Its FY2026 annual report recorded consolidated total income of ₹964 crore and consolidated profit after tax of ₹265 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026. The BSE notice scheduled the shares to enter a special pre-open session for the Nov. 2 listing.
