NEW YORK, Jan. 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rosen Law Firm, a global investor rights law firm, announces the filing of a class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of SuperCom Ltd. (NASDAQ:SPCB) common stock from June 1, 2015 through November 27, 2015, all dates inclusive (the “Class Period”). The lawsuit seeks to recover damages for SuperCom investors under the federal securities laws.

According to the lawsuit, throughout the Class Period, defendants issued false and misleading statements to investors and/or failed to disclose that: (1) SuperCom was having difficulty closing certain governmental sales and the revenue associated with those sales would be substantially delayed, (2) SuperCom’s “pipeline” was neither strong nor “broadening,”; (3) as a result, SuperCom was not on track to achieve the financial results defendants had led the market to expect during the Class Period, and (4) as a result, defendants’ statements about SuperCom’s business, operations, and prospects, were false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis. When the true details entered the market, the lawsuit claims that investors suffered damages.
A class action lawsuit has already been filed. If you wish to serve as lead plaintiff, you must move the Court no later than February 8, 2016. A lead plaintiff is a representative party acting on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation.
