The new salads feature fresh ingredients, including ripe avocado and El Pollo Loco’s signature citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken, layered together to create colorful and nutritious menu items.

• Chicken Fajita Layered Salad - Chicken, avocado, fajita vegetables, cheddar cheese, black beans, pico de gallo
• Double Chicken California Layered Salad - Double Chicken, avocado, cheddar cheese, black beans, tortilla strips, pico de gallo
• Shrimp Mango Avocado Layered Salad - Shrimp, avocado, mango salsa, cotija, rice, cilantro
• Tossed Chicken Kale Caesar Layered Salad - Chicken, avocado, kale, cotija, tortilla strips tossed in Caesar dressing
