Equinor ASA has set a $0.39-per-share cash dividend for the third quarter of 2026, with payment and share eligibility dates set for February 2027, giving investors a timetable for the distribution.
Payment is scheduled for Feb. 26, 2027. The last day to trade shares with dividend rights is Feb. 12. Equinor’s Oslo Børs shares go ex-dividend on Feb. 15, while its New York Stock Exchange shares go ex-dividend on Feb. 16. The record date is Feb. 16.
The company said it will announce the dividend amount in Norwegian kroner per share on Feb. 22.
