Binance’s spot quote four hours before noon was $0.1867. Both price changes use the noon quote as their endpoint, but compare different periods.
An accompanying one-hour liquidation count across Binance, Bybit and OKX showed $30,000 in short liquidations and none on the long side. That measure covers a shorter window than the four-hour price move.
