HAMBURG, N.Y., Jan. 17, 2017 -- Evans Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE MKT:EVBN) (the “Company”), a community financial services company serving Western New York, today announced it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $14.0 million of its common stock. The Company also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares sold in the offering.
Sandler O'Neill & Partners, L.P. is serving as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Hovde Group, LLC will serve as co-manager for the offering.
