Balances of stablecoins held across crypto exchanges stood at $60.62 billion on Oct. 24, a first-percentile reading against the previous year's range as net outflows continued.

The ranking compares the reserve figure with observations from the prior year. Stablecoin net flows across exchanges were negative $34.2 million on Oct. 24, while the seven-day average amounted to $93.9 million in outflows. The Coinbase Premium Index was -0.1465.

Another market measure offered a narrower view: Binance's spot order book showed more bid depth near $80,000 by Oct. 20, but it remained below an earlier high. The bids were open orders that could be canceled before execution, so their presence does not establish that buyers completed trades. The order book tracks bids at one venue and price, while the reserve total aggregates stablecoin balances across exchanges.

At 11:23 a.m. ET (15:23 UTC) Monday, Bitcoin (BTC) traded at $80,672, up 0.21% over 24 hours.
