Expedia Group declared a $0.48-per-share quarterly dividend for shareholders on record Nov. 18, maintaining the rate paid in each of the first three quarters of 2026.
The company’s Executive Committee approved the distribution Nov. 4 on behalf of the board. Expedia will use its shareholder records at close of business Nov. 18 to determine which holders qualify.
Expedia paid $0.40 per share in each of its four quarterly distributions in 2025. Its three earlier payments in 2026 were $0.48 per share.
The company’s 2025 Form 10-K says future dividends are discretionary and subject to financial and legal factors, including credit-agreement limits. The current distribution is scheduled for Dec. 10.
