The FBI sought records concerning prostitution Tuesday at a Beverly Hills home in a search tied to an investigation of former U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell, a senior law enforcement official told Reuters.

The official said investigators also wanted electronic devices. Reuters reported that the search was part of an FBI investigation into sexual assault allegations against Swalwell.

Reuters identified Stephen Coobeck as the homeowner and described him as a billionaire donor to Swalwell. The official told Reuters Coobeck was away during the search and that no arrests were made. CBS News also reported a search at a home connected to Swalwell.

Reuters reported that authorities seized devices belonging to Swalwell at San Francisco airport and searched his Washington home in August.

The allegations came from four women and included sexual assault and unsolicited explicit images, Reuters reported. Swalwell denied the claims, said he would fight them and apologized for errors in judgment, the outlet reported. He resigned from Congress and ended his campaign for California governor in April.
