Growth in Aerospace Products lifted FTAI Aviation Ltd.'s revenue for the third quarter of 2026 to $977.7 million, while the company outlined a $500 million share repurchase it expects to complete in the fourth quarter.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $977.7 million, compared with $667.1 million in the same period last year. Net income attributable to shareholders was $149.1 million, up 26.8% from the second quarter. FTAI's consolidated Adjusted EBITDA, its company-defined non-GAAP measure, reached $348.3 million, 14.8% above Q2 and up from $297.4 million a year earlier.

Aerospace Products accounted for $910 million of revenue and $282.4 million in Adjusted EBITDA, gains of 76% and 57% year over year, respectively. Q3 output came to 311 CFM56 modules, 50% more than in Q3 2025. Production for the first nine months reached 877, toward FTAI's 2026 outlook of 1,200. Aviation Leasing's Adjusted EBITDA was $104 million, down from $134.4 million.

A board decision on Oct. 27 added $500 million to FTAI's repurchase authorization, bringing it to $1 billion. The company said it had repurchased about $80 million in ordinary shares by Oct. 29 at a weighted average of $178.73 each; $50 million of those purchases occurred in Q3. FTAI named Royal Bank of Canada as counterparty for a proposed $500 million accelerated repurchase, which it expects to complete in Q4. The company estimates that would leave about $420 million available under the program.

FTAI kept its 2026 and 2027 Adjusted EBITDA guidance in place. Its 2027 projection is $2.3 billion, including $1.4 billion from Aerospace Products and $450 million each from FTAI Power and Aviation Leasing. The company declared a $0.50 dividend per ordinary share, payable Nov. 23 to shareholders of record Nov. 10.
