(NYSE:FDS) (NASDAQ:FDS), a leading provider of integrated financial information and analytical applications, today announced that its Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share. This marks the Company’s 17th consecutive year of quarterly dividend payments. The cash dividend will be paid on March 15, 2016 to holders of record of FactSet’s common stock at the close of business on February 29, 2016.
