Crypto-focused political action committee Fairshake is backing 32 incumbent U.S. House candidates in the November elections as the digital asset industry seeks to strengthen its influence in Congress.
The latest endorsements cover 13 Democrats and 19 Republicans, with six candidates receiving $1 million each in support from Fairshake and affiliated groups. The super PAC said its selections remain focused on lawmakers who favor cryptocurrency innovation, regardless of party affiliation.
Among Republicans receiving the highest level of support are House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill, Bill Huizenga and Bryan Steil. All three have played prominent roles in congressional debates over cryptocurrency regulation and digital asset legislation.
On the Democratic side, Fairshake is directing significant support toward Steven Horsford of Nevada, Derek Tran of California and Janelle Bynum of Oregon. Horsford helped advance bipartisan cryptocurrency tax legislation, while Tran and Bynum have also received strong digital asset policy ratings from Stand With Crypto.
Bynum, who won her Oregon seat two years ago, supported crypto legislation during her first term and appeared at the Digital Chamber’s DC Blockchain Summit earlier in 2026.
Many of Fairshake’s 32 endorsed lawmakers serve on congressional committees expected to shape upcoming crypto policy, including House Financial Services and Ways and Means. Members of the Agriculture, Judiciary and Science committees are also represented.
Fairshake spokesman Geoff Vetter said the organization has backed 53 winners across 57 primary races and aims to help establish what he called the “largest pro-crypto caucus in American history.”
The PAC’s latest spending comes as the cryptocurrency industry faces a more difficult legislative environment in the Senate. While lawmakers previously approved the GENIUS Act covering stablecoins, the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act failed last month.
Fairshake has also committed roughly $30 million to opposing former Senator Sherrod Brown’s attempted return to the Senate. A separate PAC established by crypto entrepreneurs Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss has reportedly added another $3 million to efforts against Brown.
Fairshake conducts its political spending independently from candidate campaigns, primarily through advertising designed to influence voters ahead of the November elections.
