Falcon Guardian was introduced Sept. 1 to help teams find AI agents, observe their activity as they run and apply controls.

The product’s listed features also include tools for finding agents, watching their activity, limiting access, and detecting and responding to threats.

At introduction, the AI gateway had not moved beyond pre-beta, and CrowdStrike expected general availability in Q4.

“AI hasn’t changed the attack, it has changed its speed. Governance alone can’t stop an agent already in motion,” CrowdStrike CEO and founder George Kurtz said.

In an Oct. 21 update, CrowdStrike said work was underway on an integration with NVIDIA’s OpenShell runtime, while Sentry remained a separate planned integration. The company outlined its OpenShell work and planned Sentry integration.
