HONOLULU, Jan. 24, 2017 -- First Hawaiian, Inc. (NASDAQ:FHB) (the “Company”) announced today that it plans to conduct a registered public secondary offering of shares of its common stock. All of the shares sold in the offering will be sold by BancWest Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BNP Paribas. BancWest Corporation has not yet determined the number of shares to be offered, and the timing of the offering remains subject to market conditions.
