First Trust Advisors L.P. has scheduled an Oct. 30 distribution of $0.054 per share for the First Trust Short Duration Managed Municipal ETF (FSMB), keeping its monthly payment level unchanged from September.
Oct. 21 is the record date and the expected ex-dividend date for the payment. FSMB trades on NYSE Arca.
The fund seeks income exempt from regular federal income taxes while aiming to preserve capital. Its policy sets a target of at least 80% of net assets in municipal securities with interest exempt from those taxes under normal conditions.
