Five9 plans to offer Level AI’s applications both through its own platform and as standalone products if its proposed $325 million acquisition closes.

The companies signed the agreement Nov. 5, and Five9’s board approved it unanimously. The $325 million cash consideration may be adjusted at closing for Level AI’s cash and debt, transaction expenses and net working capital. The board vote approved the agreement; customary conditions apply to closing.

Five9 plans to make Level AI’s software available through its Genius CX Platform and as products for separate purchase. The latter route is aimed at contact centers that use another cloud provider or keep their systems at their own sites. Those customers could add Level AI applications without shifting their contact-center operations to Five9.

The offering includes voice and digital AI agents, plus software for helping human agents, evaluating service quality and reviewing customer conversations. The two companies began working together in 2022, and Level AI applications have been available in Five9’s CX Marketplace.

Level AI’s platform handles more than one billion customer interactions a year. Five9 serves more than 4,000 customers, giving it a base from which to introduce the acquired products. Five9 CEO Amit Mathradas said the approach would let customers “adopt proven AI” while using the platform already in place. Level AI CEO Ashish Nagar said the firms will continue operating separately until the deal closes.

Five9 expects to pay using cash and marketable investments. At Sept. 30, its quarterly filing listed $263.8 million under cash and cash equivalents; marketable investments were reported at $433.8 million. Five9 also reported third-quarter revenue of $323.3 million, a 13% increase from the same quarter in 2025.

Five9 expects to complete the purchase in the fourth quarter of 2026. The announcement gives no specific closing day.
