Transactions on Oct. 20 moved 25,700 Ether (ETH) linked to the Drift Protocol attacker into Tornado Cash after a reported two-month pause, leaving most of the reported holdings with the attacker.

The deposits unfolded over roughly two hours and were valued at about $61.6 million. The ETH figure measures how much cryptocurrency moved; the dollar figure is an estimate of its value.

Once the deposits were complete, 81,864 ETH remained with the attacker, valued at about $195 million. That balance was more than three times the amount sent to Tornado Cash. The transfers involved only part of the Ether linked to the earlier Drift Protocol attack.

An earlier estimate put the stolen Ether's value above $270 million. That earlier valuation and the estimates for Oct. 20 describe the funds’ dollar value, while the ETH figures show the amounts deposited and left with the attacker.
