Fusion CX Limited opened above its ₹289 issue price on both Indian exchanges Thursday, giving investors an early listing gain as the company’s prospectus outlined plans for the proceeds from its fresh share sale.

Exchange quote pages showed an opening price of ₹305 on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), 5.54% above the issue price. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), shares opened at ₹292, a 1.04% premium.

Prelisting grey-market estimates differed. IPOLabel recorded a ₹15 premium at 11:07 a.m. ET (3:07 p.m. UTC) on Oct. 21, while IPO Guru showed ₹13.50 at 3:06 p.m. ET (7:06 p.m. UTC). These were informal tracker readings, not exchange prices.

The red herring prospectus filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) set a maximum issue size of ₹7.02 billion (₹702 crore). It comprised a fresh issue of up to ₹5 billion and an offer for sale of up to ₹2.02 billion. After applicable expenses, proceeds from newly issued shares go to Fusion CX; proceeds from existing shares sold go to those shareholders. The prospectus names P N S Business Private Limited and Rasish Consultants Private Limited as promoter selling shareholders.

Fusion CX designated ₹2,756.95 million of net proceeds for debt repayment or prepayment. It plans to invest ₹611.46 million in Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited to upgrade Arya and MindVoice. Other proceeds are reserved for future acquisitions whose targets were unspecified, strategic initiatives and general corporate use.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, revenue from operations was ₹18,181.38 million, up 36.77% from ₹13,292.96 million in FY25. Profit for the year reached ₹1,698.40 million, compared with ₹743.14 million a year earlier. The company’s five largest clients generated 39.55% of FY26 revenue.

Fusion CX offers customer support through voice, email, chat, social platforms and messaging, alongside AI data infrastructure services. As of June 30, 2026, it reported 40 delivery centers and two sales offices across 13 countries. The prospectus cautioned that the offer price does not indicate what the shares will trade for after listing.
