Webull’s first U.S. phase would make Bitcoin (BTC) perpetuals available only to customers cleared to trade futures.

The offering is planned for Webull Futures accounts. The initial lineup is also expected to include other crypto assets, which Webull has not named. Webull plans to expand the eligible customer pool later this year. The plan follows an earlier report on Webull’s planned launch.

Under the plan, trades would take place on KalshiEX LLC, while Kalshi Klear LLC would handle clearing. BTCPERP settles in cash, has no fixed expiration and does not deliver Bitcoin. The CFTC received the submission on May 28, 2026, and classified BTCPERP as a futures contract referencing Bitcoin’s spot price in its May 29 action.
