FxWirePro: Asian markets mixed, gold hovers around $1,190 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a mixed note on Tuesday. Gold was trading around $1,190 mark while silver was trading around $14.38 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 1.27 pct lower at 23,520.55 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 1.03 pct lower at 6,037.40 points.

Taiwan stocks close was trading around 0.32 pct higher at 10,490.11 points.

Shanghai composite index to open down 0.1 pct at 2,713.73 points and China's CSI300 index to open flat at 3,290.17 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang Seng index was trading 0.47 pct higher at 26,326.55 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.12 percent higher at 10,360.20 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.15 points higher at 34,515.82 points.
