All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on Wednesday. Gold was trading around $1,703 mark while silver was trading around $15.18 mark.
Australia’s S&P/ASX200 was trading 0.97 pct higher at 5,364.30 points.
Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.27 pct higher at 24,647.20 points.
South Korea’s kospi was trading 0.80 pct higher at 1,949.55 points.
Taiwan’s stock was trading around 1.44 pct higher at 10,770.62 points.
India’s NSE was trading 0.92 pct higher at 9,467.35 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.87 pct higher at 32,388.64 points.
Japanese banks will be closed in observance of Showa Day.
