FxWirePro: Asian markets noticeably up, gold stabilizes below $1,290 mark

All the major Asian indices were trading on a higher note on Tuesday. Gold was trading around $1,285 mark while silver was trading around $14.94 mark. Silver touched $14.70 mark in early hours of Asia.

Tokyo's Nikkei was trading 0.26 pct higher at 22,227.85 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.35 pct higher at 6,273.41 points.

Shanghai composite index rises more than 1 percent, erases earlier losses and China's blue - chip CSI300 index up more than 1.3 percent, erases earlier losses.

Hong Kong's hang seng index was trading 0.70 percent higher at 30,023.22 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.07 percent higher at 2,244.48 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.76 percent higher at 11,779.58 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.87 points higher at 39,242.87 points. India's NSE index hits record high at 11,762.55 surpassing previous milestone on April 3.

Taiwan stock was trading 0.25 percent higher at 10,902.61 points.
