FxWirePro: Most Asian markets in green, gold slips below $1,220 mark

All the major Asian indices where trading on a higher note on Wednesday. Gold was trading around $1,215 mark while silver was trading around $14.37 mark.

Japan’s Nikkei was trading 1.80 pct higher at 21,838.50 points.

Australia’s S&P/ASX 200 was trading 0.13 pct lower at 5,797.85 points.

Shanghai composite index to open up 0.2 pct at 2,573.01 points and China's CSI300 index to open up 0.2 pct at 3,116.66 points.

Taiwanese stock was trading around 2.00 percent higher at 9,717.93 points.

Hong Kong’s Hang seng was trading 0.92 pct higher at 24,812.55 points.

India’s NSE Nifty was trading around 0.48 percent lower at 10,149.22 points while BSE Sensex was trading 0.50 points lower at 33,723.55 points.

South Korea’s Kospi was trading 0.36 percent higher at 2,021.55 points.
