G-P projected annual recurring revenue (ARR) above $450 million and core operating profits of $100 million for 2026, setting out its growth and profitability targets in an Oct. 15 company update.

The company also expects revenue and customer growth of more than 20% compared with FY2025. Its update covered third-quarter momentum but did not publish third-quarter revenue, profit, ARR or customer totals.

G-P said projected core operating profits would put it comfortably above the Rule of 40 threshold while allowing continued research and development spending. The company did not define core operating profits or provide a calculation for the Rule of 40 comparison.

G-P linked its outlook to customer adoption of its AI-focused global employment platform and compliance infrastructure. The company said its Employer of Record, contractor management and G-P Gia products cover more than 180 countries and draw on more than 14 years of compliance expertise. G-P describes Gia as an HR agent.

IEC Group says Employer of Record arrangements can help employers hire in countries where they lack a local legal entity. The group’s 2026 sector commentary projected that the global EOR market would reach $16.7 billion by 2030, with annual growth above 20%.

In January, G-P said 2025 was its strongest revenue year and that its customer base grew nearly 30% from the previous year. It did not disclose a revenue total.

For 2027, G-P plans to expand white-label EOR services through enterprise partners and connect G-P Gia with third-party human capital management and HR information systems. The company gave no launch dates and said it expects further revenue acceleration and operational leverage as it pursues those plans.
