Google has opened Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash to developers and business users, extending its maximum video length to 15 seconds and lowering the listed price for 720p output.
The new limit is up from 10 seconds in Gemini Omni 1.1. Google says users can revise the same clip with follow-up prompts or guide a generation with reference images. Those edits can let users make changes without generating a new clip.
The 720p rate is $0.07 per second, 30% below its previous level. The model drafts video at 360p or 720p; users can upscale selected clips to 1080p or 4K.
Google lists natural dialogue, clearer lip-sync and multi-speaker conditioning among the model’s audio features. It says an imperceptible SynthID watermark is attached to generated outputs.
The Gemini API and Gemini for business are generally available. Developers can prototype in Google AI Studio, while creators can use Google Flow. Google says work is continuing on fast sports action, rapid script changes and complex physics.
