Grab raised its 2026 Group revenue and Group adjusted EBITDA guidance after quarterly revenue grew 27% year over year, while Financial Services recorded its first positive Segment Adjusted EBITDA.
The company now expects full-year Group revenue of $4.15 billion to $4.20 billion, compared with its previous range of $4.10 billion to $4.15 billion. Its Group adjusted EBITDA outlook increased to $790 million to $800 million from $720 million to $740 million. EconoTimes previously reported the guidance increase.
For the three months ended Sept. 30, Group revenue was $1.112 billion. Group adjusted EBITDA, a non-IFRS measure, increased 73% year over year to $237 million. Profit for the period was $18 million, compared with $17 million a year earlier. Grab said the results were unaudited.
Mobility revenue rose 10% year over year to $349 million, while transactions increased 21%. Active driver-partners grew 20% from a year earlier and 4% from the previous quarter.
Deliveries revenue reached $561 million, up 21% year over year. Grab said growth in Food and Groceries transaction value, along with stronger advertising monetization, helped lift the segment’s revenue.
Grab’s prepared remarks put Groceries GMV growth at 1.8 times the year-over-year pace for Food GMV. The company said 16% of people who transacted monthly on Food also ordered through GrabMart during the quarter. GrabMall’s expanded selection includes branded retail, personal care, beauty and consumer electronics.
Financial Services revenue increased 124% year over year to $201 million. The segment recorded $12 million in Segment Adjusted EBITDA, compared with a $28 million loss on that measure in the year-earlier quarter.
Grab said elevated fuel prices pressured driver-partner operating costs. It reported $737 million in incentives for the quarter, including $406 million for consumers and $331 million for partners.
The company’s fourth-quarter outlook calls for sequential GMV expansion in both Mobility and Deliveries.
