Grab, Southeast Asia’s largest ride-hailing and delivery company, raised its 2026 revenue and adjusted earnings forecasts after third-quarter revenue rose 27%, its results showed, as record usage and demand supported the increase.

Grab’s third-quarter results showed revenue of $1.11 billion, exceeding the $1.07 billion estimate in London Stock Exchange Group data. The results also showed gross merchandise value, or the total value of transactions, across its mobility and delivery businesses rose 18% to $6.8 billion.

Grab’s revised revenue guidance spans $4.15 billion to $4.20 billion, lifting both ends of its previous range by $50 million. For adjusted EBITDA, Grab raised the range to $790 million-$800 million, from the earlier $720 million-$740 million.

Grab’s third-quarter results put monthly transacting users at 57 million, up from 54 million three months earlier. The company said consumer offers supported service use and transactions, while driver incentives helped expand the active driver base.

Grab’s third-quarter results showed its financial services unit recorded its first core profit in the quarter as more drivers and merchants used products including loans and insurance. Chief executive Anthony Tan said that, despite high fuel prices and regional economic headwinds, “more users are transacting on Grab than ever.”
