DORADO, Puerto Rico, April 24, 2018 -- Green Spirit Industries Inc. (OTC Pink:GSRX) (“Green Spirit” or, the “Company”) announced today that Luis F. Toledo has been appointed to join the Company’s Advisory Board, where he will serve alongside previous appointees, Puerto Rico’s former Secretary of Agriculture Juan Salas and businessman Alexander Zhilenkov.
A native of Puerto Rico, Toledo has more than 20 years of experience as a security and compliance consultant. Early in his career, Toledo worked as a Special Agent for the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration in Miami in the 1990s. In 2000, he returned to Puerto Rico, where he served as Director of Security & Loss Prevention for Olympic Mills Corporation, where he developed and implemented security programs and policies at various company sites. In 2015, he founded Toledo Consulting Group, Inc., a private security firm he led for 15 years, where he directed all operational and administrative matters pertaining to security programs and compliance. He currently serves as Director of the Capitol Security Police, Inc., a position he has held since 2015. In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and guiding the Operations and Administration of its investigative division, CS Intelligence. Since 2014, Toledo has also served as Supervisory Committee President of TuCoop, the Puerto Rico-based credit union.

Toledo received his Bachelor in Science degree with Concentration in Physics, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez, and received his Private Detective license after completing coursework at Caribbean Forensic & Technical College in San Juan.
