“Grey’s Anatomy” season 15 episode 9’s release date is already here. The medical drama is currently on a break after the midseason finale aired on Nov. 15. When the series returns, lots of new things will unfold and most of them are connected to Meredith Grey.
It can be recalled that prior to “Grey's Anatomy” season 15’s premiere, the series’ showrunners teased fans that it will be a "Season of Love" and pointed at Meredith Grey’s love life as the center of the stories. Of course, aside from Dr. Grey, the others like Richard and Catherine, Ben and Miranda, Jackson and Maggie, and Amelia and Owen have interesting love lines to show as well.
Most probably, Dr. Grey’s was highlighted since it has been so long since she has a love interest in the drama. This will be an exciting time for the fans because they have been waiting for Meredith to date once again.
Now, “Grey's Anatomy” season 15 episode 9 will fulfill the fans’ wish as she will have lots of love lines ahead. What’s more, her love life is not simple as she is being linked to not one but two men!
In “Grey's Anatomy” season 15 episode 8, the feisty doctor was locked up in an elevator with Dr. DeLuca (Giacomo Gianniotti). There is surely sexual tension there but it ended in a conflict. On the other hand, she asked Dr. Atticus “Link” Lincoln (Chris Carmack) out for a date and he sort of said “Yes,” and this is where the story gets tricky. Will Dr. Grey end up with DeLuca or Link?
In her interview with TV Line, “Grey’s Anatomy” season 15’s showrunner Krista Vernoff confirmed that Meredith will be torn. “Her dating adventure has boiled down to that love triangle. I can’t reveal more than that,” she shared.
In any case, fans will have to wait for the next episodes to know Dr. Grey’s decision and how the love triangle will unfold. Meanwhile, “Grey’s Anatomy” season 15 episode 9 has been confirmed to air on Jan. 17, 2019 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
