Grifols’ third-quarter revenue climbed 9.4% year over year to €2.04 billion, while adjusted EBITDA reached €538 million, as stronger biopharma sales offset weaker albumin performance.
Revenue was €2.04 billion, compared with €1.865 billion a year earlier. Growth was 8.4% when exchange-rate changes were excluded. Adjusted EBITDA rose 9.8% at constant currency, and its margin was 26.4%, the company’s results filing showed.
Biopharma revenue increased 10.3% at constant currency, including an 11.3% increase in immunoglobulin sales at constant currency. Albumin revenue declined 13.2% on the same basis. Grifols pointed to China’s regulatory environment and elevated channel inventories as pressures on albumin sales.
For the first nine months, revenue totaled €5.614 billion, up 4.6% at constant currency. Adjusted EBITDA reached €1.392 billion, compared with €1.358 billion a year earlier. That was a 2.5% reported increase and a 5% gain at constant currency. The margin was 24.8%, 30 basis points higher than a year earlier.
Grifols said its performance for the first nine months was in line with expectations and reaffirmed its 2026 guidance.
